I will separate each instrument and rank from there. That way you can know who is best at what, so one could be good at drums and the other not so good at guitar. Each instrument will be a ranked by it self. You can rank up with one instrument and don't have to worry about others if your not trying.

I think you all get the point.

They may also be Guitar/Bass+Vocals ranking because what I sometimes did while playing Rock Band 2. But I dought anyone will try that since it's so damn hard. Rankings should be decided by Pro-Face Off's or w/e they add in there.
