Absolutely you can. We encourage it and might even help you get started

Q: What the hell is this "secret forum"?
It's a forum that holds some dark secrets of CZ as well as some future events. Lets just say, you will never look at CZ the same once you enter this mysterious palace. Some people already are in it. You won't know whats inside unless your in it. Trust us.

No, Not for free. It must be a transaction since the admins must approve it.
